Recently, SINYUANZM welcomed the outstanding students of the class of 2025 to the company for apprenticeship, and a group of new generation forces full of vigor and potential officially opened their career.
On December 12, an induction meeting was held, in which college students from various colleges and universities also introduced themselves to each other; then the person in charge of recruitment at SINYUANZM made a detailed introduction of the company’s talent cultivation mechanism, the cultivation process, and the next workshop rotational internship arrangements, etc. The students were given a broad picture of the company’s talent development, and were encouraged to join the company. A broad career blueprint was sketched out for the students, which not only reflected the company’s emphasis on talent training, but also inspired the students to look forward to their future work and prospects.
At the meeting, the company invited the representative of the 2024 college students to share her experience of the apprenticeship period and the workplace, which gave a clearer apprenticeship direction and goal for the students who had just entered the apprenticeship.

At the meeting, Dai Jianhong, the manager of SINYUANZM Personnel and Administration Department, also shared his experience and insights on all the college students here, and urged everyone to “choose the right job and take the wrong path”. Finally, he expressed his high hope for all of them: firstly, to recognize themselves, hoping that they can change their roles as soon as possible, adjust their mentality, and quickly integrate into their workplaces; secondly, to improve themselves, enhance their professional knowledge through short-term apprenticeships and continuous self-study, and accurately recognize the direction of future development, so that they can make less detours.
With the successful conclusion of the meeting, the 2025 college students officially started their career journey in SINYUANZM, and we expect them to shine in their new positions and write a new chapter of the company’s development together!
