In order to support the principle of quality first, we have invested in advanced laboratory equipment to control raw materials and all production processes. We analyze and monitor the chemical composition and mechanical properties of all raw materials, and maintain batch traceability to ensure the performance of the castings in the assembly. Our three-coordinate measuring machine, 3D laser scanning system and other high-spec instruments enable us to measure and monitor all possible mechanical properties and physical dimensions. Our X-ray and metallographic analysis systems allow us to sample the porosity of key areas in key components to monitor and ensure the density of the casting structure.
